Physical Examination

Students registering for Athletics must have a current physical examination on file in the Athletics office before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed along with online registration no later than 7 school days prior to the first day of practice/tryouts.

Physicals are valid for June 1, 2023-May 31, 2024 from the date of the last exam.
